Brand new residential let product launched!

With immediate effect, we have launched our brand new residential let product on our on-line trading platform QuoteMac.

Designed both for single properties and portfolios, it provides an extensive range of cover as standard. In addition there is a wide variety of optional extensions available including accidental damage, legal expenses and rent guarantee.

The product provides cover for all types of tenants including the higher risk tenants such as DSS referrals and asylum seekers.
Commenting on the launch, our underwriting director Ian Russell, said: “Residential property owners are an important market for brokers so we are delighted to be able to expand the portfolio of products on QuoteMac by launching this product. As usual we have worked hard to provide a comprehensive and competitive policy which is also very flexible.”

The new product involves a streamlined statement of fact proposal form and is issued with a comprehensive, easy to read policy wording and policy summary.
